Voldcom not only supplies world class VoIP communication solutions, it also provides great customer support for its clients. This is done via a ticketing system, designed to stream line support requests, so that our customer support service personnel can provide individual attention to your requirement.

How it works: Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number. The customer can use this ticket number track the progress of action taken and to see responses online. For the east of our customers’ reference, Voldcom provides complete archives and history of all support requests. A valid email address is required to make a request online.
