This is done via a ticketing system, designed to stream line support requests, so that our customer support service personnel can provide individual attention to your requirement.
How it works: Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number. The customer can use this ticket number track the progress of action taken and to see responses online. For the east of our customers’ reference, Voldcom provides complete archives and history of all support requests. A valid email address is required to make a request online.
